Recognises the outstanding achievements of a company in executing a successful and integrated marketing campaign across multiple channels

The Best Multi-Channel Marketing Campaign Award celebrates the company that has effectively employed a cohesive and strategic multi-channel approach to reach, engage, and convert customers across various online and offline platforms.

The winning campaign will have exemplified a deep understanding of the target market and leveraged a combination of digital channels, such as social media, email marketing, search engine optimisation, content marketing, mobile marketing, as well as traditional channels like print media, television, and radio. It will have seamlessly integrated these channels to create a consistent and impactful brand presence, enabling a cohesive customer experience throughout the entire purchasing journey.
This award acknowledges the winning company’s ability to utilise each channel’s unique characteristics and strengths to communicate a unified message and deliver a compelling brand story.

Your entry should address the following:

  • Give an overview of your campaign
  • Describe your objectives / goals
  • Describe your audience / customers and how the use of multiple channels increased customer retention and/or sales
  • Detail any challenges which were faced and how they were overcome
  • Outline your key success metrics and how they were achieved
  • Give any other information which you think would help convince the judges that you should win this award. What was uniquely engaging, compelling and successful about your campaign?

  • Entrants have a maximum of 1,000 words in which to convince the judges that they are worthy of winning this award. 3 files of supporting material of no more than 4 pages each can also be included. Video footage can be also submitted but should be sent as a link within the main body of the entry and should be no more than 2 minutes in length. Please include any information which will persuade the judges that this should be the winning entry for this category. Suggestions as to what could be covered are listed below.

  • In the event of your submission being shortlisted we will publish a 200 word summary of your submission on our website and a photo. Please write the summary below keeping in mind that any results or other sensitive information may end up in the public domain. Please also supply your company logo below. (Max 200 WORDS)
