The Best Content Marketing Campaign Award recognises the exceptional achievements of a company in developing and executing an innovative and impactful content marketing campaign within the eCommerce industry. This prestigious accolade celebrates the company that has demonstrated excellence in creating and distributing high-quality content that engages, educates, and inspires their target audience to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and conversions.

The winning campaign will have showcased a deep understanding of the target market and leveraged content to deliver valuable and relevant information, addressing customer pain points and providing solutions. It will have demonstrated creativity and originality in storytelling, using compelling narratives, visuals, and multimedia elements to captivate and resonate with the audience.

Your entry should address the following:

  • Give an overview of your content marketing campaign
  • Describe your objectives / goals
  • Describe your audience / customers and how the use of content marketing increased customer retention and/or sales
  • Detail any challenges which were faced and how they were overcome
  • Outline your key success metrics and how they were achieved
  • Give any other information which you think would help convince the judges that you should win this award. What was uniquely engaging, compelling and successful about your campaign?

  • Entrants have a maximum of 1,000 words in which to convince the judges that they are worthy of winning this award. 3 files of supporting material of no more than 4 pages each can also be included. Video footage can be also submitted but should be sent as a link within the main body of the entry and should be no more than 2 minutes in length. Please include any information which will persuade the judges that this should be the winning entry for this category. Suggestions as to what could be covered are listed below.

  • Shortlisted Summary

  • In the event of your submission being shortlisted we will publish a 200 word summary of your submission on our website and a photo. Please write the summary below keeping in mind that any results or other sensitive information may end up in the public domain. Please also supply your company logo below. (Max 200 WORDS)

    Attached files must be no larger than 10MB each, documents must be in .pdf or .doc (word) format, images must be in .jpg or .gif format.

    Movie/video footage 
    If movie files exceed the 10MB allowance then please include a link to the video/movie hosted on a web page. Links to FTP sites will not be accepted.
