The winning website for the Best B2B Website award demonstrates a deep understanding of the needs and preferences of its target audience, has a user-friendly interface that allows businesses to easily navigate through offerings, explores detailed specifications, and provides exceptional customer support.

This is the Gold Award for B2B awarded by IMRG. Your entry should address the following:

  • Give a brief overview of the eCommerce site, its target audience, turnover, and its performance across key business metrics
  • Explain how your site inspires interaction and offers great usability
  • Detail any innovations that have helped you achieve your success and maximised your metrics
  • Explain your overall objectives for the site and how they are achieved
  • Include details of partnerships / collaborations that have had a positive impact
  • Incorporate customer reviews and ratings, and user feedback
  • Give any other information which you think would help convince the judges that you should win this award. Why should your eCommerce site be judged the best in the UK? How does it outshine competitors’ offerings?

  • Entrants have a maximum of 1,000 words in which to convince the judges that they are worthy of winning this award. 3 files of supporting material of no more than 4 pages each can also be included. Video footage can be also submitted but should be sent as a link within the main body of the entry and should be no more than 2 minutes in length. Please include any information which will persuade the judges that this should be the winning entry for this category. Suggestions as to what could be covered are listed below.
    • Give a brief overview of the eCommerce site and its performance across key business metrics
    • Detail any innovations that have helped you achieve your success
    • Include customer / user feedback where possible.
    • Give any other information which you think would help convince the judges that you should win this award. Why should your eCommerce site be judged the best in the UK? How does it outshine competitors offerings?
  • Shortlisted Summary

  • In the event of your submission being shortlisted we will publish a 200 word summary of your submission on our website and a photo. Please write the summary below keeping in mind that any results or other sensitive information may end up in the public domain. Please also supply your company logo below. (Max 200 WORDS)

    If movie files exceed the 10MB allowance then please include a link to the video/movie hosted on a web page. Links to FTP sites will not be accepted.
